Friday Lunch Carvery at The Wilmot
Meat the weekend head on with the hearty warmth of a lunch roast hosted by The Wilmot’s Executive Chef, Daniel Menzies.
Fridays are about to become even better with the launch of the The Wilmot’s Friday Lunch Carvery – a delicious, hearty serving of various roasts carved up by Executive Chef, Daniel Menzies.
But this is more than just a chance to sit down and tuck into one of the best meals you’ll have all week. It’s also an opportunity to watch a master in action, and learn from Chef himself the tips and tricks it takes to really nail a quality roast.
Each Friday, Chef Menzies will select a specific meat, accompanying produce sourced from local farmers and growers, and, operating from a live station set up in the restaurant, will cut, prepare, flavour, season and cook his masterpiece while guests watch.
This is guaranteed going to be one of the hottest (literally) lunch experiences in town, and leading into the cooler months – what better way to ease yourself into the weekend?
